Dr. Richard Bergström is a co-founder of OrchestratePharma and serves on the Board of Directors. With a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences and decades of experience in the European pharmaceutical industry, Richard brings strategic oversight and deep regulatory expertise. His background includes leadership roles in major pharmaceutical industry associations and a strong track record of advancing innovative medicines through complex regulatory landscapes.

Dr. Adel ElMessiry, PhD

Advisor

Dr. ElMessiry has a PhD in AI and machine learning with extensive relationships in the Web3 and blockchain community. As a serial entrepreneur, he has taken three technology companies from inception to divestment — a track record that includes over 10 years at HealthStream, 7 years at InVivoLink/HealthTrust, and 4 years at UtilizeHealth.

Erik Naeser

Erik is a pharmacist and serial entrepreneur. He has a background in quality management and has provided quality consulting in the pharmacy industry for over 10 years.

Mark Messow

Co-Founder

Mark Messow is the co-founder of OrchestratePharma together with Dr. Richard Bergström. Mark brings a passion for untapping value (repurposing) of known IP. With a multi-industry background and penchant for transformation, Mark has developed an orchestrated approach which enables stranded assets to be developed — IP to market with low-risk co-development SPVs.
